Our work - Foam Cushion
Don’t forget to think flexibly. The customer used fixed PE foam, but by changing that to our notched foam which expands vertically and horizontally, they could reduce raw material costs. As this cushion can be applied to many products dispite of its size, the number of cushions they were using has been greatly reduced, so as the man-hours.
In the past, customer used three packaging materials, but we offer to combine that into one. Reduction of raw material costs, number of items, and management man-hours… What else?
